CHAPPiE Is Alive With This SHORT CIRCUIT Trailer Mashup

When we first saw the trailer from CHAPPiE, we called it "Short Circuit Meets RoboCop." CHAPPiE has a self-aware robot who faces an attack from the military, and a group of people who try to protect the newly sentient machine, much like Johnny Five's epic film. Lance Ford created this hilarious mashup of the audio from the trailer for CHAPPiE with footage from Short Circuit, and it's an alarmingly good fit.

    Really glad Short Circuit didn't go for the seriousness. It would've failed. Funny preview clip.
