Traveling through space has been the dream of man since they first looked to the stars. But how to do it? Science-fiction has created hundreds of ships, but some ships stand out.

On what criteria are we voting?

    2. Maurice Mitchell on November 29, 2012 4:17 pm

Good question. I guess any one you think is most important Pat. Kind of vague I know, but I didn't want to limit people's thinking. 😉

    3. Tony Laplume on November 29, 2012 4:27 pm

Traveling through hyperspace isn't like dusting crops, boy. (Sorry, your opening line made me do it.) Out of those options, easily the Falcon.

    4. Alex J. Cavanaugh on November 29, 2012 4:41 pm

You included Moya! Nice. Now my first pick would be the Serenity, but if I wanted to travel safely through space (as you implied) I'd go with the Enterprise.

    5. Jessica Stank on November 29, 2012 5:05 pm

How can I possibly choose between The Millennium Falcon and the TARDIS? I can't. Therefore, I choose both. Call me a rule breaker if you must.

    6. Tom Badguy on November 29, 2012 10:02 pm

I voted for the Falcon but I was sad that no Babylon 5 ships were listed.

    7. Maurice Mitchell on November 30, 2012 2:03 am

Good point Tom. I tried to get all the most relevant sci-fi properties. Which do you think should go in? Subject: [geektwins] Re: Which is Your Favorite Sci-Fi Spaceship? [Poll] ~ The Geek Twins

Good one Tony! Extra points for the awesome Solo quote.

    9. Maurice Mitchell on November 30, 2012 2:46 am

This poll is designed to tear nerds apart Jessica! Cats and dogs, living together! Mass hysteria! 😉

    10. Maurice Mitchell on November 30, 2012 2:47 am

Good choice Alex. Although I'd trust pilot over Geordi.

    11. DAVID WALSTON on December 1, 2012 3:23 am

      TARDIS!!
All space & time…bigger on the inside!

    12. The Sci-Fi Dude on December 2, 2012 8:33 pm

I voted for the Enterprise, but my all-time fav would be The Prometheus (also from Star Trek…Voyager, that is). Can't beat it's multi-vector assault when the ship splits into 3 seperate, yet distinct, battle ships. 🙂

I chose the Enterprise on this list, but I would have voted for the Cygnus from "The Black Hole."
