Trailer Wars Round 3: Skyfall (2012) Vs. The Dark Knight Rises [Poll]

It’s the battle of the trailers! There have been some amazing trailers this year, but which is the best?

So far, there hasn’t been much competition among the trailers. Everyone thinks it’s The Dark Knight Rises. It’s beaten out The Amazing Spider-Man and Looper. To try and make it tougher I’m pitting Batman against the next James Bond film Skyfall.

    Skyfall (2012)

Daniel Craig is back as James Bond 007 in Skyfall, the 23rd adventure in the longest-running film franchise of all time.  In Skyfall,
Bond’s loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to
haunt her.  As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy
the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

    The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

Synopsis: Every hero has a journey. Every journey has an end.
Christopher Nolan returns to complete the epic Gotham trilogy that
launched with Batman Begins and reached the stratosphere with the
billion-dollar blockbuster The Dark Knight. Inception’s Marion Cotillard
and Joseph Gordon-Levett join the cast regulars along with Anne
Hathaway as Selina Kyle and Tom Hardy as the powerful villain Bane,
while Oscar winner Christian Bale prowls the night as the Caped
Crusader, fighting crime and corruption with the help of Michael Cane,
    Morgan Freeman and Gary Oldman.

This round is James Bond vs. Batman! Round three! Fight!

    VS.

Which one is better? Does anything stand out in one versus the other? Which one are you more likely to see?

The trailer for Skyfall is really good. The timing of the music is perfect. Think I still have to give it to Dark Knight Rises though.

I'm shocked. I didn't know another 007 movie was coming out. I'd seen the new Batman. Oh, I'm excited now.

I agree Alex. It's a very intriguing trailer. TDKR +1

Ciara, this was stalled for years because of money problems. I think it'll be good. S +1

Both movies look pretty cool. I still need to watch the Daniel Craig Bond movies.

      Bond. Only Bond.

Craig, nice to know it's not going to be another landslide. Sf +1
