Star Trek Enterprise Cutaway Model ThinkGeek.com

See inside the Star Trek: The Original Series USS Enterprise (NCC-1701)
    with this awesome cutaway model!*

There have been dozens of fan blueprints and even an official Star
    Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise Haynes Manual
we gave away in a contest.
But there’s no better view than this cutaway model of the ship designed by Walter “Matt” Jeffries.

This Diamond Select Star Trek Enterprise Cutaway Model, available from ThinkGeek, let’s you see
things never seen on the show.

    Here’s the official product description:

We’ve always wanted to see a version of
Star Trek that shows what everybody else aboard the Enterprise was
experiencing while the Captain and his officers were off doing big,
important, Federation-saving business. Like, give us a day in the life
of the guy who watches the machine that goes ping. Where’s that episode?

Get a slice of life of the U.S.S. Enterprise with this Star Trek
Cutaway model by Diamond Select. This fully painted plastic model is
sliced so you can see the inner workings of your favorite ship: all the
pipes, machinery, workstations, and living quarters.

    Product Specifications

    • Plastic, fully painted model reveals the original U.S.S.
      Enterprise’s detailed interior
    • See all the rooms and machinery inside your favorite ship
    • Officially licensed Star Trek collectible
    • A Diamond Select release, designed by Dragon Models
    • Dimensions: 18″ x 8″ x 4″ (8″ tall on metal display stand)

For comparison, here’s a cutaway from the technical manual.

So, if you’ve got $174.99 USD you may want
to pick up this model for your quarters. Make it so.

That's cool. I'd say I want one, but where on earth would I put it? (And I don't really collect stuff, either.)

Was it the Star Trek technical manual? That's a great book.

      Hopefully, there's more than one.

It is cool, but you'd definitely have to decorate around it Alex.
