The official press release on StarWars.com says, "The Star Wars universe has always been about discovering and nurturing young talent and in casting Episode VII we wanted to remain absolutely faithful to this tradition," Kathleen Kennedy, Lucasfilm president and producer, said. "We are delighted that so many travelled to see us at the open casting calls and that we have been able to make Crystal and Pip a part of the film."

So young...
ReplyDeleteImpressive he got through school with dyslexia.
"Excited" is not the word I'd use. More like "dreading." I can't imagine these are very major roles if they're just casting them now while filming.
ReplyDeleteHopefully Andersen takes that frustration as useful material in his theoretical portrayal as an evil British-accented figure. Unless he's somehow related to Obi-Wan Kenobi. But still evil???
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful people, I can't wait to see who they play. Pip married very young. I can't believe the cast they have and definitely can't wait to see how it turns out.
ReplyDeleteImpressive...most impressive.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited, but have no clue about the actors.
ReplyDeleteThat might be a good thing, then again...
Classic!
