The Heroic Table of Elements is a wide variety of superpowered heroes and villains organized like the periodic table. They're grouped according to team affiliation, identified by abbreviation and year of first apperance, and numbered according to power level. It was created by Matt Cowan, who's pretty awesome. It's cool. Someone obviously spent a lot of time on that.

Fascinating, Lex Luther, Magneto, Riddler and Spiderman are evenly matched

There needs to be a nerdy Sheldon with a venn diagram explaining that the world of chemistry and comic books meeting in the middle results in the invention of the greatest element in human history.

Most of the selections are Marvel characters. I cannot abide that.

What would be even more "useful" would be a periodic table of all the science fiction elements (kryptonite, adamantium etc.)
